The marinade for this was very light and simple. Not an overbearing taste at all. Quite refreshing. I did not put the corn on the skewers. I grilled the corn separately. I did marinate the peppers and added a red onion for the last 2 hours that I had the steak marinating. I marinated the steak for a total of 8 hours.
