We used to make these at Girl Scout camp 20 years ago! What a trip down memory lane! Instead of peanut butter, use peanut butter chips! Less Mess!

I love making these and they always turn out wonderful. But hasn't anyone noticed that the recipe amounts are off? You can not fill 6 bananas with 2 tablespoons each of chips and marshmallows when the recipe only calls for 6 tablespoons each. You could make 3 bananas total and have 1/2 tablespoon of nuts left.

Beyond exceptional! I prepared these after a BBQ with the "help" of grand daughters. We sat around the fire pit and oowed and ahhd as each creamy spoonful entered our mouth. Perfect this way or with a few chopped nuts:)

I think maybe I used bananas that was to ripe because, when I made these the banana it self tasted bitter. Every thing else on top of the bananas tasted great.
