Green Goddess Dressing

This spunky green-flecked salad dressing can also be used as a sauce for hot or cold seafood or poultry. We loved it with deep-fried shrimp and pan-seared scallops. Make it your way with the variation below.

  • 1 In small bowl, mix all ingredients until well blended. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors.

Expert Tips

*2 teaspoons anchovy paste can be substituted. If you prefer, anchovies can be omitted.

Recipe Variation Lighter Green Goddess Dressing: For 3 grams of fat and 35 calories per serving, use reduced-fat mayonnaise and reduced-fat sour cream.
