Green Chile Dip

From Betty's Soul Food Collection... Friends on the way? In just 10 minutes, whip up a dip that starts with creamy sour cream and ends with a chili-seasoned snack.

Ingredients

cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)

can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso™ chopped green chiles
Crisp flatbread pieces or small tortilla chips, if desired
  • 1 In medium bowl, mix all ingredients except cheese, chiles and flatbread pieces. Stir in cheese and chiles.
  • 2 Cover; refrigerate 2 to 4 hours to blend flavors. Serve with flatbread pieces.
