Green chiles give this corn pudding a New Mexican twist! For a spicier version, add some chopped jalapenos!

cans (14.75 oz each) Green Giant® cream style sweet corn

cans (4.5 oz each) Old El Paso® chopped green chiles

small garlic clove, finely chopped

cup yellow cornmeal

teaspoon baking powder
1/4
cup melted butter

oz shredded Cheddar cheese (1 cup)
  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Butter a 2-quart casserole. Mix all ingredients; pour into casserole.
  2. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 325°F; bake 30 to 40 minutes longer or until pudding is set and thermometer inserted in center reads at least 160°F.
