Chilies and salsa turn up the tempo of these corn fritters. Bisquick® mix adds ease in preparation.

I cut the recipe in half, they turned out okay. Not my cup of tea, but my husband liked them.

Love corn fritters from my childhood days, this recipe adds a little zing to it, but still great with maple syrup.

Just tried this recipe and was pleasantly suprised! I added lump crab meat, onions and sweet peppers (instead of the chile) and it was VERY tasty. I live in the Bahamas and conch fritters are very popular, these fritters are a good alternative! For the sauce I used a mixture of mayonaise, a bit of ketchup and mustard tradionally used with conch fritters)

Wow - an outstanding success with my teenage son and my husband! Half the recipe made MORE than enough for the 3 of us - or so I thought - About an hour after dinner we caught each other sneaking back into the kitchen to finish the leftover off as an unplanned "dessert." (: I''m going to make a double batch of them to share at a friend''s upcoming summer party. They''re sure to be a hit. Don''t forget to have plenty of salsa on hand.

I tried these fritters with a SOuthwestern dinner that included burritos and chili. They are fantastic. I will definitely make them again. If you''re cooking for just 2 - 4 people, cut the recipe in half; it makes lots!

Unbelievably DELICIOUS and EASY to make. They looked good in the picture, and I am happy to say they tasted as good as they look! I did cut the recipe in half though, since there are only 3 of us. FIVE stars [out of 5] for this one! I promise you won''t be sorry if you try this. However, aren''t all of the Bisquick recipes simply delicious and easy?! (No, I do not work for Betty Crocker either!)
