This easy recipe for roasted green beans with sundried tomatoes is a perfect Thanksgiving side dish.

Ingredients

lb fresh green beans, trimmed
1/2
cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained, chopped
1/3
cup pine nuts

tablespoons butter, melted

tablespoons olive oil

teaspoon salt

teaspoon pepper

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 425°F. In medium bowl, toss together all ingredients. Spread mixture in ungreased 17x12-inch half-sheet pan.
  • 2 Roast uncovered 12 to 15 minutes, stirring twice, until beans are tender and browned.
