This was very good. I used a good shake of white pepper. My kids didn't like it at all and asked me not to make it again. I served it with apple sauce.

I doubled the recipe as I used more chicken, and I wanted leftovers. I used cream of celery soup instead of mushroom soup, and frozen hash brown potatoes instead of mashed potatoes because my husband and son aren't fans of mashed potatoes and my sister and I are not a fan of mushrooms. This dish is easy to make and really tasty. I will definitely make this again.

We made this for two families and got rave reviews! The only thing we did differently was to replace the turkey with a shredded rotisserie chicken we bought precooked. Will definitely make again!

Quite simple and quite excellent. Even the picky eaters in the family enjoyed this creation from left over thanksgiving turkey. I made some modifications in order to utilize what I had available. I substituted sea salt for normal salt. Increased the amount of cheese and utilized a mexican shredded blend instead of cheddar.
