Greek Yogurt Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 4 avocados, pitted, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons thick & chunky salsa
  • 1 container (6 oz) Greek plain yogurt
  • Coarse sea salt to taste

    In large bowl, coarsely mash avocados, leaving some chunks.
  • 2
    Add remaining ingredients; stir gently to mix. Serve immediately.

  • You can always mash the avocados more if you like a smoother consistency dip.
  • Tastes great as a layer in your favorite Mexican dip or a dipper for your favorite tortilla chips.
