Blogger Paula Jones from Bell'alimento shows us how to lighten up frosting using Greek yogurt.

Ingredients

1/2
cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
1
cup Yoplait® Greek Fat Free plain yogurt (from two 6-oz containers)
1
teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  • 1 Into medium bowl, stir together all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  • 2 Let frosting stand 10 to 15 minutes to cool and thicken before spreading.

Expert Tips

Recipe can be easily doubled.

If you’d like a sweeter frosting, stir in 1/4 cup powdered sugar.

To make vanilla frosting, omit the melted chocolate and substitute 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
