Easy and delicious - a great combo. My guests devoured it. I used a combination of red and green peppers with Kalamatas and green Greek olives. I made a day ahead and put the peppers, olives and onion in a canning jar then put the feta cubes on top and added the marinade. I refigerated for the first 2-3 hours with the jar upside down and then turn upright. This way the feta didn't become soggy.
