Ingredients

: Extra-virgin olive oil

1 1/2: lb lean ground turkey

2: teaspoons dried oregano leaves

1: teaspoon kosher (coarse) salt

1: teaspoon grill seasoning

3: oz tomato-basil feta cheese

5: onion rolls, split

: Toppings such as sliced red onion, roasted red peppers and avocado slices, if desired

Directions

1 Heat small amount of oil in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, or heat gas or charcoal grill.
2 In large bowl, mix turkey, oregano, salt, grill seasoning and cheese; do not over mix. Shape mixture into 5 patties, about 1 inch thick.
3 Place patties in skillet or on grill over medium-high heat. Cook 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until thermometer inserted in center of patties reads 165°F. If desired, toast rolls. Place patties on bottom halves of rolls. Add desired toppings; cover with top halves of rolls.

You can substitute ground chicken for the ground turkey.

I love the little bit of extra flavor that the toasted onion rolls give the finished burgers, but sandwich-size English muffins or sesame seed rolls are just as tasty.
