I made this last night and it was amazing. But I had to make a few changes to the recipe to go with what I had on hand. I used thin cut pork chops instead of the bone in and I seasoned them with salt, pepper and garlic before browning them in butter. And instead of using cooking spray to keep everything from sticking I just put a thin layer of gravy underneath the pork chops and kept them from touching the edge of the pan so they wouldnt stick. And I also doubled the amount of veggies and added them into the gravy i poured over the pork chops. Plus I also doubled the amount of bisquick and it made the biscuits like double in size. But all in all this recipe is now going to be a regular meal considering my fiance who is obsessed with fried pork chops loved it.

These are fantastic! I used boneless pork tenderloins instead of bone-in pork chops, and that was great! The gravy really keeps the pork moist and tender, and the biscuits are awesome!

This dish was Excellent! Although I browned hashbrowns to a crisp, then placed them on top of the gravy & under the stuffing mix....it gave it a good crunchy texture & it was an entire meal!

I made this last night for dinner and it was very good and very filling, I served a mix of brocolli and carrots with it, I don't know why this recipe calls for bone in chops, from now on I'am going to make with boneless loin chops, yes I will make again and again. Enjoy

RE corbinsgram: Andi, one of Kitchen experts said: It’s difficult to predict how a recipe will turn out if you substitute GF Bisquick for Original Bisquick. We haven’t tested this recipe, but in the ones we have tested, it has been necessary to add an egg to the batters and doughs so that they will hold together.

I took a shortcut and instead of browning the chops on the stove with the gravy, I put everything in a casserole dish (uncovered) right into the oven. As a result, the biscuits didn't rise much. The chops did stay moise. But I didn't think the biscuits had much flavor though, so I will probably not try again either way.

This was absolutely delicious! I thought a jar gravy would taste terrible but it does not it tastes like homemade when it has been in the oven a half an hr! I used 5 thin cut pork chops and they worked just perfectly with less calories since they are thinner. The biscuits on top are delicious too!

This recipe was really good but i did put my own spin on it. I seasoned the chops with salt, pepper, and garlic. I am not a fan of celery or sage so i used celery salt and Italian seasoning. I was very please and my husband loved them!!
