Do I have to share? This is sooo good! I made this for a church dinner. I didn't peel the sweet potatoes, I cut them up & cooked them and after they cooked the peelings almost fell off. I didn't mash them, just cut into bite size pieces. I only had one granola bar, so I used a package of maple & brown sugar microwave oatmeal with it. I didn't have cream so omitted that. Turned out so good that I don't want to share it, I want to eat it all!

I thought my grandma was going to be mad because I was specifically instructed to put marshmallows on top of the sweet potatoes, but she said it was the best sweet potato casarole ever. I added chopped pecans to the top to fill in the gaps after topping with the streusel. Also, I baked the sweet potatoes in the oven for about 1:15 and then they just fall out of the skins and mash easily.

This was delicious and easy to make. Not your typical sugary over-sweet dish. Everyone loved it. I used some granola cereal and mixed it with some butter and brown sugar for the streusel. It was a hit.

This was such a surprise hit - no one usually eats sweet potatoes at my house. They did with this recipe! Excellent - thanks.

I love this recipe, it's so easy and tasty! I made this for the first time two or three years ago to bring to my mother's Thanksgiving dinner. I wasn't sure if anyone even liked sweet potatoes but everyone liked it so much that my grandmother requested that I make it again when she hosted Christmas. Now it has become a staple side dish at almost all of our family gatherings.

I made this using cranberry pecan granola in place of the granola bars. The dish was a huge hit with the crowd to which I served it.

This recipe was okay. Not sure what went wrong, but my family did not think it was the best. It did seem a little dry and unsweet. It needed a little butter and brown sugar to moisten and sweeten. Once that was done, it tasted great!
