Ingredients

1 1/2: cups graham craker crumbs

1/3: cup melted butter

1/2: teaspoon McCormick* ginger, (or fresh ginger finely ground)

3: packages (8 ounces of light cream cheese softned

1: cup Splenda ( your favorite Sugar)

1/4: cup low fat milk

2: tablespoons flour

2: teaspoons McCormick Pure Orange extract

1: teaspoon McMcormick pure vanilla extract

3: eggs

Directions

1 Preheat oven to 350*f .MIX graham crackers crumbs,melted butter and ginger. PRESS firmly onto bottom of foil -lined 13x9-inch baking pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.
2 Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer ,on medium speed until well blended.ADD milk, flour andextracts;mix well. Add eggs (one at time), beating on low speed after each egg,mix well untill its all smooth,pour over chilled crust.
3 Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until center is almost set.COOL completely on wire rack.
4 Refrigerate 4 hours OR overnight. Lift out the foil out carefully not tobreak cheesecake.
5 You can also cut this cheese cake into square. GARNISH CHEESECAKE .WITH i tub of low fat whip cream Add 2 teaspoon of orange extract ,add few drops of mccormick orange color.
6 Fold the extractt and color into the whip cream and folding over until all is well blended. When ready to serve spread whip topping over the cheesecake, and the rid of fresh orange and curly of some orange slices . PUT A SMILE ON SOMEONE FACE with smile on orange smiling cheesecake
