8 ounce Cream cheese at room temp.

cup sugar

container frozen strawberries in juice (thawed) - large

20 ounce can crushed pineapple or 2 small mandarin oranges (both drained)

9 ounce Cool whip (thawed)

bananas (cut up)

  1. Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth
  2. Add strawberries, pineapple or oranges, and bananas
  3. Fold in Cool whip
  4. Pour in large flat pyrex
  5. Freeze
  6. Allow to sit out a little bit before serving and cut into squares.
