These delicious frozen treats can be made in any shape, perfect for snacking on-the-go.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana
  • 3 tubes (2.25 oz each) Yoplait® Go-Gurt® yogurt or Yoplait® Go-Gurt® Protein yogurt, any flavor (from 1 lb 2 oz box)
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
  • 1/2 cup orange juice

Steps

  • 1
    In blender, place all ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
  • 2
    Pour about 1 tablespoon into each of 36 sections of ice cube trays or shaped molds. Freeze at least 2 hours until firm.
  • 3
    Pop out smoothie pieces, and store in resealable freezer plastic bag in freezer for snacking.

    Place ice cube trays on larger tray for ease of moving in and out of freezer.
