When the school year mornings are in full swing, grab this go-to breakfast to make things a bit less hetic. Make ahead and freeze then just pop in the microwave!

package Bacon
1
package Individually Wrapped Cheese

eggs

pinch salt (optional)

pich pepper (optional)

package sandwhich size freezer bags
  1. Cook bacon and set aside to drain with a paper towel lined dish.
  2. Cook eggs over easy or as desired with salt and pepper.
  3. Split and toast English muffins.
  4. Stack your sandwhiches. Take the English muffin and add eggs, cheese and bacon to the bottom portion. Add top of English muffin.
  5. Let cool for 5 min
  6. Place each sandwich in a freezer bag to be stored in the freezer.
  7. When needed, take a sandwhich and remove from the freezer bag. Heat on a microwave safe plate for 45 seconds each!
