try rolling it in chili powder it gives it alot more flavor.

The finished product looks great (everyone asked where I bought it) but the flavor was dull. I rolled my log in parsley, but will try the nuts next time in hopes that it is more interesting.

I made this for a get together I was having with some friends. This was a hit!! Everyone has been asking me for the recipe. It was easy and tasty. I thought for sure that the chives may have been a little strong, but it was great. The only thing I did differently was I chopped the tomatoes...it says sliced, but the I thought they were little big.
