Yup this might as well be the worst recipe I have ever tried! I have baked and tried many recipes and they were all great! but this one is just such a waste of money and effort. first it takes too many steps, second, it's very hard to spread the crust and it took me forever to melt those caramels and then I put everything in for the last 20 minutes baking, it came out BURNT! it's really bad recipe.

I made these for a family dinner and everyone loved them. I followed the directions and added some chocolate chips on top as well and it turned out fine. Will make again!

At this time there are 772 ratings(the spoons) these are not reviews.(kind of useless if you ask me!) Just below that it says "add your review" and if there are any it gives the number of them (now it is 6) when you click that it brings up "write a review" scroll down and there are the reviews. Hope this helps :) Sorry haven't tried the bars yet they look good!

It wasn't very hard to make but it was time consuming and they didn't turn out like I thought they would. I couldn't taste the caramel at all, only brownie and it was just a mess to try and eat. Will not make again.

I made these for work & they were gone within 1 day. Everyone just raved about them. They are pretty rich; but, for people that love gooey chocolatey stuff; they'll definitely go crazy for these!

Very yummy. Easy to make if you enjoy baking. People with out patience wouldn't enjoy doing the caramel portion. However delicious desert. I will make this for parties etc...I know it will be a hit. Side Note: If you use a Kitchen Aid stand mixer only use on stir setting, I used on setting 2 and the cake part was way more fluffy than I thought it should be...just a thought.
