Just got done making these. I couldn't wait to try one. The texture is so light and airy. They taste delicious !!!! When they cool off, I will dust them with more confectioners sugar - not for taste, but just for presentation. This is going to be one of my favorite cookies.......

I've made these cookies twice now and they barely make it out of the kitchen, everybody loves them. Light and fluffy and great with a glass of milk. They are a great addition to any cookie arsenal, simply amazing!

I used French Vanilla cake mix and they were very airy and delicious. A little dusting of powder sugar and it was perfect!
