cups potatoes, peeled and chopped

cup celery, sliced

cup carrots, peeled and sliced

cup onion, chopped

cup water

tsp chicken bouillon granules

tsp dried parsley

tsp salt

T. all purpose flour

cups milk

oz pkg cheese spread, cubed
  1. In a large saucepan, combine veggie's, water, bouillon and seasoning; mix well. Cover; simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes or until veggies are tender.
  2. Place flour in a medium bowl. Gradually add milk, whisking until blended.
  3. Add mixture to soup; cook and stir until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted.
