good, quick, and easy recipe. it took just under the four cups of flour [including the flour i used for needing]. after punching down the dough, I oiled a 1/4 sheet pan and pushed the dough out until it covered the pan surface. from the center just gently push the dough out with fingers, and then i rubbed some chopped garlic oil over the top and baked as directed. gonna' try it tommorow with a little cheese and sliced hard salami instead of garlic oil. check ya laters
