These came out really good- as good as with gluten. I think the recipe called for too many chocolate chips, though, and next time I will use fewer.

I highly recommend rolling these in powdered sugar to make chocolate crinkles. Delicious and easy to make!

Made these using an additional 3 Tablespoons applesauce. Yummy. They don't take very long to make using a small scoop and I did not roll in sugar.

Quick, easy, delicious! Served these without telling folks they are GF. Got rave reviews. Used organic orange flavoring instead of vanilla and coarse, decorating sugar for the coating. Baked on a stone, not a metal cookie sheet. Doubled the recipe - no problem. Find that with the high humidity in FL, the cookies stick together even when put in an airtight container. Also, get stale fairly quickly (though they don't usually last around the house that long). Will absolutely make them again. Next time will try cherry flavoring and chopped, dried cherries.

I thought that the name of the recipe said quick and easy. It took me at least an hour. I guess it was worth it because it was delicious.

I tried these cookies. I made 1 dozen and left them cool, then I got my husband to try them (my cookie monster). Well they were on the hard side so I added some applesauce (don't exactly know how much) but it was probbly 1/3 cup or alittle more. I then make these up and they came out softer and the cookie monster loved these. Good luck
