Amazing!! I've tried the chocolate chip cookies by themselves before and they were good, but they still had a little bit of that "gf" taste. These however, with the peanut butter added, tasted as good as any other cookies I've had! My family never knew they were gf until I told them!

I forgot to include that I used a regular size muffin tin which made them look more like a regular cookie as well. It came out with about 30 cookies.

These have been the best GF cookie I have made. My husband who is not GF, enjoyed them as well. I chose to make them look more like a cookie by removing them from the paper liners. Next time I think I will skip the liners and just spray the pan. There is plenty of fat to keep it from sticking, which is probably why they taste so good. Another tip is to have all of your peanut butter cups unwrapped before baking.

I only got 36 servings out of the recipe. They look the same. I baked them a little longer because I noticed I did make the scoops a little bigger. Oh, I also didn't use the gluten free. Very sweet and peanut buttery.

I came across this recipe looking for a special holiday cookie that was different from others, so I gave it at try and the cookies are FABULOUS!! And they are VERY simple to make! These cookies are going to be a Christmas tradition from now on! You can't even tell that they are gluten free! I don't feel bad eating them either! Enojy!

I was looking for a gluten-free recipe because one of the people I planned to give holiday baked goods to. Found this recipe and made it. Very easy to make! He loved them and even asked for the recipe! I included these in the holiday cookie baskets I made for everyone, too. No one could tell that they were "different" (i.e. - gluten-free). Thank you!
