this is an AMAZING pancake mix. i add 2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract, use rice milk instead of water, cinnamon, and nutmeg and they always come out great! i've paired them with baked apples for apple pie pancakes and for peanut butter pancakes added some of my favorite creamy peanut butter (about 1/2 cup) for a great nutty taste. almond butter works just as well if you're allergic to nuts :) http://21nogluten.wordpress.com

We like to add pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice, applesauce with apple pie spice, cream cheese chunks with berries, strawberry-rhubarb jam. Each of them topped with Michigans own McArturs maple syrup ( its the BEST ) We LOVE these pancakes. Thanks for making this product available!! Coconut milk gives a good taste too, if you cant have dairy.

When I make these I use almond milk and add 1 tsp of vanilla. Also I like them to be thinner so I add more milk. Follow the recipe on the box but substitute especially if you are dairy free as well. They are fantastic...hubby wants them over any other.
