It's sheer bliss - lots of fresh fruit topped with creamy yogurt.

Regarding Annoyingwebsites comment about not eating yogurt if you have celiac disease, there are some brands that contain corn starch and other grains so your doctor may just tell you to steer away from all yogurt. I went to a celiac disease site and found that there are several yogurts that are safe for celiacs to eat. Yoplait (made by Kraft), Mountain High Yougurt (says gluten-free on the container and is lower in sugar than other brands), and Kroger brand but I don't see that brand in our part of the States.

I was served this recently and asked for the recipe because it is so good and very refreshing. I really enjoyed it with the Key Lime pie yogurt.

Prepared this for Easter Dinner & if your family ate it right away it was good. By the end of the buffet meal, it was getting very watery and not really edible. Could and would not save any of the leftovers.

Very yummy. I put mandarian oranges, apple slices, pineapples, mango, strawberries and kiwis in mine. I got key lime pie and pina colado yogurt. I also added layers of yogurt in between the fruit layers as well as on top. It was very good, everyone enjoyed it. I'll be making this again!

I made a double recipe of this for Easter and everyone loved it. I added a little fresh lime and lemon juice to the dressing to intensify the flavor. Mine had to sit, refrigerated, at least 1 hour and it was fine. I will make this again.

I made this for 2 different family functions for Easter Sunday and everyone loved it. It was easy to make, healthy, low fat, a nice presentation with lots of color and very tasty. What more can you ask for?

This is a very versatile recipe. I used this as my red, white and blue fruit salad for the 4th of July picnic I went to. I added a layer of mini marshmallows in the middle. EVERYONE loved it, even the kids had seconds. I tried different flavored yogurts but the key lime is the best of all. Make sure you use a clear plastic or glass bowl so you can see the layers. Everyone will say how clever you are.
