I made this recipe and took it to a church covered dish supper. Everyone wanted to know who made the pie. Luckily, I got a piece before everyone else even knew it was on the table. Some folks were disappointed they did not get a piece. To me, it had a nice custard taste without being heavy on the sugary sweet taste like most Coconut Pie recipes. Thanks to Betty Crocker, I am discovering some tasty recipes that fit my new gluten-free lifestyle. I will definitely make this recipe again!!!
