Gluten Free Homemade Pancakes: To make pancakes, heat oiled griddle or skillet over high heat. Pour enough batter onto griddle to make 5-inch pancakes. Reduce heat to medium-high; cook until bubbles appear around outer edges of pancakes. Turn pancakes; cook until golden brown on both sides.
