Gluten-Free Greek Appetizer Pizza

cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
jar (6 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, drained, coarsely chopped
cup drained pitted kalamata olives, cut in half
cup roasted red bell peppers (from a jar), drained, chopped
oz gluten-free crumbled tomato and basil feta cheese (1/2 cup)
  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Grease cookie sheet and hands. Press dough into 12x10-inch rectangle on cookie sheet.
  2. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are beginning to brown. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
  3. Bake 6 to 9 minutes longer or until crust is deep golden brown and mozzarella cheese is melted. Cut into 5 rows by 4 rows.
