You can substitute corn starch for the rice flour, but if you use ric e flour you can add it b the spoon full and stir in instead of adding it to water first. Just be careful how much you use it gets thicker as it cooks. I didn;t know what browning seasoning was, so i left it out. Use a pad of butter at the very end to make your gravy look and taste rich.

I use Corn Starch in my Gravy for thicken. I throw a big Thanksgiving party every year and the Gravy is raved about. My Niece will only eat my gravy and takes the leftovers home. I feel the corn starch gives it more flavor.
