These were a huge hit! I made these for a family gathering (I'm the only one avoiding gluten though) and EVERYONE loved them! They were easy to make too! They reminded me of the chocolate cookie part of those cookies filled with the cream center, I'm looking for a cream-filling recipe at the moment to replicate a gluten-free version of those! They are delicious by themselves too though!

I made these cookies and thought they were really good. I added two handfuls of chocolate chips. They were soft and chewy and yummy!

These were amazing! My non-gluten free friend looked up the recipe and served them to me last night. I agree about them being soft and moist...so used to hard cookies that crumble. These were so delicious! Great recipe and also a new favorite!!! I also used a substitute today to make some with vanilla cake mix and lemon pudding mix. So tasty. They don't roll into balls - more like a stiff cake batter, but they turn out nicely in the oven. Lemon sugar cookies. :)

These cookies were amazing!! I'm used to gluten free cookies being hard and crumbly, these were not even close! They were very moist and soft, and even my non-gluten free friends loved them! A new favorite!!
