Combine two Betty Crocker products (Gluten Free Bisquick) and ( Gluten Free Yellow Cake Mix) for a sensational bundt cake that everyone will enjoy!

cup packed brown sugar

tablespoons firm margarine or butter

box Betty Crocker Gluten Free Yellow Cake mix

cup water

teaspoons vanilla extract

cups soft butter or margarine

tablespoons powdered sugar
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the GF Bisquick, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in the firm butter and mix well. Set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the GF Yellow Cake mix and the rest of the ingredients(except the powdered sugar) according to the instructions on the cake mix box.
  4. Spoon the prepared cake mix evenly in the bundt pan.
  5. Spoon the cinnamon mixture around the top of the cake mix, in a circle around the pan. Try to keep the cinnamon mixture in the middle. It will sink as it bakes.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes at 350F or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let stand to cool for about 10 minutes, then invert on to a serving plate. Garnish with powdered sugar to serve
