Chicken broth has wheat flour in it which is gluten. I use organic - it's all natural.

I'm new to gluten free cooking. I love regular Chicken and Dumplings. The recipe should be called "Fluffy Gluten Free Chicken & Dumplings". Overall the recipe had nice flavor and was easy to cook. The consistency of the dumplings are light and fluffy. I'm used to a more thick pasta consistency dumpling.

This is my first time with Gluten Free Bisquick, my ONLY complaint is that I had to stop everything and bring up the website because the recipe was not on the darn box. I realize the box is small but dumplings on the regular Bisquick box isnt there either. Because of the difference in "flour" I wasn't sure if there was special ingredient needs.

has anyone tried to make German spaetzle with this recipe? I'm making chicken parprekash for a dinner party and I just can't find a recipe that doesn't call for 10 ingredients plus the cost to buy it all is outragous!! I think I could use this recipe the only difference would be instead of dropping them into the stock or salted water buy the spoonfull I would drag a knife across the mixture in small incruments (like a string) and drop them into the liquid. Sound good?
