I love this recipe for quick biscuits. I read the reviews and added some salt for flavor and baked them for the full 16 minutes. The biscuits came out great! I love biscuits with jam and now can have them again.

I followed the recipe as written, but exchanged butter for shortening. They turned out light and fluffy which is amazing for gluten free. Great flavor and great texture! You could definitely spice them up by adding herbs or garlic depending on what you were serving them with. I also freeze them and reheat them one or two at a time and they reheat well.

Fantastic taste and texture! I can't believe how delicious these biscuits are. Believe it or not, I prefer them to biscuits made with all-purpose flour. I'm the only one in my family who eats gluten-free, so I keep them in the freezer and take them out as I need them. They freeze extremely well.
