If you like chocolate & caramel, this is a recipe you have to try. This is one of the best GF desserts I've ever had!! No one could tell that it was gluten free. It has a very rich texture that is refreshing. It was easy to make, which is a must at our house. I placed the toffee pieces on half of it in case someone didn't like toffee, & the dessert was just as good without the toffee as it was with the pieces.

I always try to bake a few gluten free goodies for one member of our family, but some flourless recipes do not resemble the act of wanting to eat it! This was a big hit at our Easter gathering this year. Everyone had to taste it, and kept asking are you sure it is gluten free? Taste too good! Followed the recipe to the letter, but topped it with a crumbled up Heath bar. This is definitely a repeat recipe. Thank-you, love this web site...........................

My granddaughters can't have eggs either. What can I substitute for eggs besides the powder Ener-G Egg Replacer that you mix with water? It's very expensive and I do use it when I have too.

This is awesome cake! Great for chocolate lovers. I add a small jar of warm hot fudge to the caramel before spreading on the cool whip. Yum!
