I have a friend at work that's gluten intolerant. OMG if this is what they have to go through for safe food, my heart goes out to you. Rather pricy too.

I have made this bread and it is amazing. Moist and wonderful flavor. It does not have that odd flavor some gluten free product have.

Try checking your local Asian market for flours. I can get rice flours, tapioca starch and potato starch very inexpensively at mine. That would make this recipe much more reasonably priced.
