I made these bars but with regular Bisquick, added 1 tbsp more butter and a little water to the crust. I greased and floured the pan and since it was glass lowered oven to 325. Added one more egg to filling. I, also couldn't think of lemon and coconut together, but it was "to die for". The bars came out of the pan very easily. Next time I will make with splenda to save some calories

I really liked these bars (coconut and all!), but they stuck to my pan pretty bad. I might grease it next time, even though it says not to. But they are really tasty!

I, too, left out the coconut, being a "purist" lover of lemon bars! These were really good, and I loved making just a few, since there are just the two of us at home these days it's just the right amount

This is far beyond the best lemon bar recipe i have ever used! I'm not a big fan of the coconut though, so i simply leave it out and they are still delicious!

These were really good and just perfect for a little sweet snack. I did use Splenda instead of sugar and it turned out fine. When I make the glaze again, I think I will use milk or water instead of lemon juice. If you got a lot of the glaze in one bite, it bit back. In all, very good!
