Love this recipe....only things I would change next time is maybe add one more lemon (juice & zest) and I used frozen blueberries and added some of the juice from the berries to the mix to give a swirl effect in the loaf. Looks cool when you cut it! Also I sprinkled some lemon shavings on top for flavor and added decoration!
