Followed the recipe exactly with the exception that when I added the carrots & let them simmer I did cover and let them cook a little longer so they were nice & tender. My husband LOVED them!! Sooo good!! Will definitely make again & again! Thank you! :)

My hubby, 14 month-old and I thought these were delicious! However, the recipe says to cook the carrots UNcovered, and I found that I needed to cover them in order for them to get tender. I will definitely make these again!
