Gingered Fresh Berries

If you like ginger, you'll enjoy this recipe. It's really simple but a topping of whipped cream and extra crystallized ginger can turn it into something extra special.

Ingredients

quart fresh strawberries, sliced or cut into pieces

pint fresh blueberries

tablespoon sugar

tablespoon finely chopped crystallized ginger
