This is the same recipe as Ginger-Glazed Carrots. I cut the recipe in half and it easily served my husband and I, it serves 4 adequately. I thought the carrots were great and it was a nice change from just regular steamed carrots. My husband wasn't too fond of the ginger taste, but I give it a thumbs up!
