I thought this gingerbread recipe was terrific! Much quicker and easier than some other recipes I've used, and the wedges are a nice change. Texture of the bread is moist, and the lemon drizzle on top adds a lovely tang to the bread. If you love gingerbread, you've got to try this recipe. I used lowfat milk instead of cream, and the light bisquick for a lowfat version-- worked great!
