My kids liked these but I don't think I would call them "gingerbread"-they don't taste like gingerbread to me. Overall good apple butter taste and with some adjustments can be made into waffles as well.

Excellent recipie!!!! I make this every other weekend for the kids. It makes about a dozen or so pancakes. Easy to refrigerate and use for breakfast during the week. HIGHLY recommend this recipie!

Fantastic! My kids (and I) loved these! I do agree with a previous reviewer that they were really quick to burn, though, so they do require a watchful eye. Other than that - simple and delicious!

I haven''t actually eaten them yet, but I just made them and am freezing them. I found that I had to keep the heat a little below medium or they burnt. They smell excellent and I can''t wait to try them tomorrow morning!
