We made these this week to give as gifts for Christmas and they are delicious! They were also really easy and I've never made marshmallows before. The only thing I will say is that kitchen shears or a pizza wheel works much better at cutting the marshmallows than using a sharp knife as suggested. I see many homemade marshmallows in my future... :-)
