EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

Green tea is rich in heart-healthy antioxidants. Decaffeinated versions are available.

Make extra tea “base” (through step 2) and keep refrigerated up to a week. Just add ice and water for refreshing iced tea anytime.

So cute! You always find the most alarobde things! For Christmas a few years ago, my mom gathered family recipes and my favorite meals and wrote them all on recipe cards and put them in a cute recipe box. I love having these family recipes written in my grandma, great grandma, and mom's handwriting...One of my favorite gifts! Oh, and don't worry, I have OCD too! Have a great rest of the day!~Kiri
