Lb Boneless Chicken Breasts (cut in pieces)

Cup Sesame-Ginger Dressing

Cups Shredded Carrots

Tsp Crushed Red Pepper

Head Butterhead Lettuce, leaves separated

Cup Chopped Honey-Roasted Peanuts
  1. Season chicken with & stir chicken for 3 minutes or until browned. Add 1 Tbsp of the dressing & carrots. Cook an additional 2-3 minutes. or until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in red pepper.
  2. Plate lettuce leaves, top with chicken mixture. Garnish with peanuts. Serve with remaining dressing & lime wedges.
