Lb Boneless Chicken Breasts (cut in pieces)
1/4
Cup Sesame-Ginger Dressing

Cups Shredded Carrots
1/8
Tsp Crushed Red Pepper
1
Head Butterhead Lettuce, leaves separated
1/4
Cup Chopped Honey-Roasted Peanuts

Directions

  • 1 Season chicken with & stir chicken for 3 minutes or until browned. Add 1 Tbsp of the dressing & carrots. Cook an additional 2-3 minutes. or until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in red pepper.
  • 2 Plate lettuce leaves, top with chicken mixture. Garnish with peanuts. Serve with remaining dressing & lime wedges.
