Fruit Skewers

bamboo skewers (6 inch)

cup fresh raspberries

cups melon cubes (cantaloupe and/or honeydew)
  1. In small bowl, mix dip ingredients with wire whisk until smooth. Cover; refrigerate at least 15 minutes to blend flavors.
  2. On each skewer, alternately thread 3 raspberries and 2 melon cubes. Serve with dip.
Makes 6 servings (2 heaping tablespoons dip and 2 skewers each)
