Get creative with today’s lunch! Make these cheesy ghost-shaped bologna sandwiches ready in 15 minutes – perfect for Halloween.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices white or whole wheat sandwich bread
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup, if desired
  • 8 slices bologna
  • 8 slices (3/4 oz each) process Swiss or American cheese

Steps

    Spread each slice of bread with butter and ketchup. Top each with slice of bologna.
  • 2
    With knife or ghost-shaped cookie cutter, cut each slice of cheese into ghost shape. With end of drinking straw, make holes to resemble eyes and mouth. Place cheese "ghosts" on top of bologna.
